The renewal, in plain words
This is a subscription that renews by itself. We charge you $10.00 when you subscribe, and $10.00 again on the same date each month, until you cancel. There is no minimum term, nothing to phone, and no fee for stopping.
Prices are in US dollars, and the price shown is the price you pay. You always get a receipt by email from Stripe for every charge, and your full invoice history is in Manage billing.
How to cancel
Sign in, click Manage billing in the header, then Cancel plan. That is the whole process: no phone call, no retention queue, no form to fill in.
You keep Unlimited until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account drops back to the free daily allowance. Nothing is deleted and you can resubscribe whenever you like.
If you would rather not use the portal, email support@voscriptanalyzer.com from your account address and we will cancel it for you.
Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days. None of this affects the statutory rights you have where you live.
If a charge looks wrong, email us before disputing it with your bank. We can almost always sort it the same day, which is faster than a dispute, and you keep every right with your card issuer either way.
If a payment fails
Stripe retries the payment and emails you. Unlimited pauses until it goes through, your account and history stay exactly as they are, and you drop to the free daily allowance in the meantime. Update your card in Manage billing and access comes straight back.
Price changes
Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies to a renewal, with a reminder of how to cancel. Cancel before that renewal and you are never charged the new price.
If you have VO Life Coach coaching
An active coaching plan includes the analyzer at no extra cost. You do not need this subscription, and if you already pay for it when coaching starts, we automatically stop the $10 charge at the end of the period you have paid for. We never cancel a coaching plan, and we never restart analyzer billing on its own if coaching later ends.
Payment security
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and stored by Stripe. We never see, receive or store your card number.
